Krav Maga Yellow Belt
A rotating curriculum allows students to enter this program at any time and at any fitness level.
This program teaches the Yellow Belt material as described in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. Students learn to defend against the immediate danger of many common street assaults and to use their body effectively to immediately counter attack and prevent on-going danger. Low to moderate stress drills are infused throughout this program to ensure the students ability to respond effectively in a real life situation. In addition to learning a reality based defensive tactics system, students also benefit from a complete head to toe workout. An optional Yellow Belt Test includes a review and performance exam of all Yellow Belt material.
Krav Maga Orange Belt
Entrance to this program is by completion of a Yellow Belt Test or by Instructor approval.
This program teaches the Orange Belt material as described in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. Students learn to defend against additional common unarmed assaults as well as gun threats. Although the stress level for students learning new materials remains the same, previously learned materials are practiced under increasingly higher simulated stress levels. The student begins to improve their ability to finish an engagement quickly and decisively with the arsenal of weapons available to them using their own body. As stress drills increase in intensity, the student will find themselves improving their cardio vascular endurance. An optional Orange Belt Test includes a review and performance exam of all Orange Belt material.
Krav Maga Green Belt
Entrance to this program is by completion of an Orange Belt Test or by Instructor approval.
This program teaches the Green Belt material as described in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. This level will transition students to more advanced Krav Maga techniques. Stress drills are now moderate to high in intensity and include executing techniques aggressively under fatigue, duress, and / or uncomfortable circumstances. Emphasis is placed upon improving the student’s Fighting Skills with Light Contact in full protective gear. Additional training in the Ground Level One program will be required for students to take an optional Green Belt Test that is comprehensive of all materials learned Yellow through Green.
Krav Maga Blue Belt
Entrance to this program is by completion of a Green Belt Test or by Instructor approval.
This program teaches the Blue Belt material as described in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. Emphasis is placed upon weapons defense training as well as improving overall Fighting Skills. Stress level drills are now of high intensity requiring students to quickly identify a series of threats and responding with the appropriate combative or tactical reaction often while performing other tasks. Students are exposed to multiple light contact rounds with full protective gear. Additional training in the Ground Level Two program will be required for students to take an optional Blue Belt Test that is comprehensive of all materials learned Yellow through Blue.
Krav Maga Brown Belt
Entrance to this program is by completion of a Blue Belt Test or by Instructor approval.
This program teaches the Brown Belt material in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. Continued emphasis is placed on weapons defense training as well as developing a competent overall fighter. The student will be challenged mentally as well as physically to perform all learned techniques under high to extreme levels of stress and under dire circumstances. An optional Brown Belt Test is comprehensive of all materials learned Yellow through Brown.
Krav Maga Black Belt
Entrance to this program is by completion of a Brown Belt Test or by Instructor approval.
This program teaches the Black Belt material in the KMDFW Curriculum Guide. Continued emphasis is placed on weapons defense training including sophisticated hand gun threats, threats when directed at a third party, blunt objects vs. edged weapons, blunt objects vs. blunt objects, and edged weapons vs. edged weapons. Training from positions of disadvantage includes hostage situations, carjacking, home invasion, and other high risk scenarios. Training will also include fighting multiple assailants and fighting while injured or from restricted positions. An optional Black Belt Test is comprehensive of all materials learned Yellow through Black. This is a very coveted award indicative of the intense training and dedication required to earn the title of Krav Maga Black Belt.
Self Defense Ground Survival
All students enrolled in the Krav Maga program may attend these classes and the class is appropriate for all levels.
This program teaches all Krav Maga Ground Fighting techniques as well as additional BJJ, MMA and other techniques and tactics. This class is open to students of all levels and will consist of primary technique(s) instruction and transitioning, control, position maintenance and escape techniques. It will also include open technique practice time (rolling) and supervised strike development from a ground position. Low to moderate stress drills are included to ensure the students ability to respond effectively in a real life situation. In addition to learning reality based defensive tactics, students also benefit from a complete head to toe workout. This conditioning will increase student’s preparedness if the attacker takes them to the ground.
Krav Maga Open
Any student enrolled in the Krav Maga program may attend these classes.
This program teaches all Yellow Belt thru Green Belt material as described in the KMDFW Curriculum guide as well as those techniques taught in the Ground Level One class. Designed primarily for students unable to attend our evening program, these classes offer an opportunity to learn to defend against most common street attacks. Evening attending students may also find it useful to supplement their training by adding the Saturday morning Krav Maga Open Class. Attendance in these classes will prepare students to test thru the rank of Krav Maga Green Belt.
Combat Conditioning Workout
Participants will work circuits with a partner or alone, perform conditioning exercises and core work. Variety is emphasized in each of the high energy classes. This is a great addition for those students desiring an alternative to the typical gym workout. This is a fast paced class and is open to all students of any level. The class instructor is Krav Maga certified.
Self Defense Combatives
During this class, various combatives will be combined in a series using focus mitt training, light open-hand sparring, bag drills and self-defense techniques. Students will gain greater self-defense awareness through this class. The class instructor is Krav Maga certified.
Executive MMA Training
This class is for students who want to want to take the skills learned in our programs and apply them to a controlled street fighting environment. Skills and Drills are emphasized, but time is left at the end of each class for several rounds of contact fighting.
The Executive MMA class’ intensity level is CONTROLLED, LIGHTcontact. All levels are welcome to join.
This class requires approved head gear, shin and instep protection, and 14 or 16 oz boxing gloves as well as groin protection and mouth piece.
Krav Maga Youth Program
Self-defense and Fitness for ages 6 – 13. The Youth Krav Maga program is training for young adults ages 6 through 13, but children from out of this age range will be considered for the program on an individual basis. The classes are taught in clustered age groups. This is an exciting and rewarding program that provides students with skills and experiences that help them to learn how to be street smart and avoid being a victim. These classes will also rotate different themes each week that focus on respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, leadership and more to help make them ready for all aspects life. Leadership/Instructor Training
This class is for students who desire to become a Certified Krav Maga Instructor. Students will be prepared to take the comprehensive and rigorous certification test held in Los Angeles. This class is by invitation only, but inquiries are welcome.
MMA Conditioning Workout
Entails: Cardio, Strength Training, Conditioning and Striking Skill Development. This training aids you in the pursuit of overall fitness, physical attribute targets, muscle building, flexibility, agility and striking skills. These all carry over in helping you become a better self-defense and/or martial arts practitioner. The class focus and material is done on a rotating basis. Overtime, this training will include: aerobic and anaerobic activities, Muay Thai pad work, class partner and solo drills, focus mitt work, strength and conditioning exercises, bodyweight training, techniques for ground, multi-tool and equipment usage, striking and grappling development, and building of flexibility, agility, power and speed.

Strong Fit Conditioning
Strong Fit builds the head-to-toe strength, stamina, coordination, and explosiveness needed to survive an assault or other physical emergency. This class utilizes a variety of tools, including bodyweight, sand-bags, medicine balls, barbells, kettle bells, and more, to create training that is functional, varied, and intense. The dedicated student will benefit both athletically and aesthetically from this creative and highly-effective, strength and conditioning program. This class is open to all students of any level. The class instructor is Cross Fit, Krav Maga and MMA Conditioning Coach Certified.
