FIGHT Class Schedule

Grappling
Most professionals agree: fights go to the ground. Maybe not all the time, but a lot of the time. We want to be able to grapple when we need to, and if the fight takes us there we want to be able to finish it there. This class focuses on the  most applicable skills from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Judo, and MMA-style ground fighting to deal with a variety of threats on the ground in a real-life situation.
  • Cover basic ground positions, throws, takedowns, striking from a grounded position, striking to a grounded position, takedown defense, and other essential skills
  • Do more than just grapple. Learn how to deal with weapons, multiple attackers, striking, and a lot of other bad situations that can happen on the ground.

Boxing I

Boxing II

Level 2 boxing is where it all starts coming together. Test your abilities against another skilled opponent and see how you work under a fight. Build your endurance and learn how to fight intelligently with partner drills and controlled-contact sparring.
  • Put everything together. Test your conditioning, offense, defense, etc. against an opponent in a controlled training environment
  • This class focuses on developing fight skills using mainly sparring drills, though free sparring also happens regularly
  • Train as part of a team. Grow your skills and get ready for competition with fellow athletes.
  • We’re safe. Though this is a sparring class, we keep in mind that people have to go the their jobs the next day and would rather not take too much hard contact to the head. Incidental contact does happen, but we do not allow hard contact to the head except on rare occasions. We like keeping students healthy!

Muay Thai I

Start your journey on the path to mastering the Art of Eight Limbs! This class focuses on the fundamentals of movement, conditioning, and technique for Muay Thai; the ultimate stand-up combat sport. • This class incorporates the best of Dutch-style and Thai-style training, with a good mix of heavy bag, Thai pad, and partner drills.
