Some students come to get fit and they leave safer. Some students come to learn self-defense and they leave fit.
Our carefully developed conditioning program is designed to burn massive amounts of calories while learning life saving self defense techniques that can be applied to our self defense program. FITNESS Class Schedule

StrikeFit:
StrikeFit® is our exclusive heavy bag workout that boasts a high calorie burn (400-800 per session) and lots of striking combinations that supplement our self defense program training. StrikeFit® is an all-around workout that includes heavy bag and pad work combined with everything from kettle bells to medicine balls; plyometrics to wind sprints. Our Certified StrikeFit Instructors will teach you how to put strike combinations together properly, but the focus is on fun and fitness. You will leave this class drenched in sweat but wanting more!

Kettle Bell Conditioning:
This workout makes use of the incredible versatility of the kettle bell to push the limits of a student’s core strength and conditioning. Burn fat and build muscle with a tailor-made workout consisting of kettle bell swings, snatches and cleans, and jerks, among other exercises. Unlike many other forms of cardio, kettle bell training is “brutal fun” and finishing a hard cardio kettle bell workout gives you a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

Krav HIIT:
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) improves stamina, endurance, and strength; which all have direct benefits to your Krav Maga striking abilities. This class consists of fun, highly energizing circuit combinations using battle ropes, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and medicine balls to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping. All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this full-body cardio workout class!

​Yoga:

Balance out your workout routine with a gentle Vinyasa flow designed to build your balance, coordination, and core strength while helping your re-focus and re-center spiritually. All our yoga instructors are fully certified and are members of the Yoga Alliance, and each instructor is dedicated to giving you the best experience possible in each class. Each lesson is unique and is the perfect way to ease tension from a hard Krav workout or a stressful work day.
