We teach effective, proven self-defense, weapons defenses, ground fighting and fight classes. We also offer cardio class, strike and conditioning class, Strong Fit and Kid's Classes. We have group and private lessons available and also special self-defense seminars. The seminars held at our studios are open to the public. You can schedule special seminars for your business or group functions as well. (Certain space and participant requirements must be met.)
